We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to dispatch orders placed on working days before 18:00 on the same day. However, we do not always succeed in doing so, sometimes products are out of stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. An indication of the delivery time is given on the product page. Should we not meet this delivery time for any reason, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The stated product prices do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are:
€2,95 for PostNL (ordered before 18:00, Inc. T&T)
€8,95 for Pick up at a PostNL Service point
Above €75,- free (standard) shipping (Only in the Netherlands)
Delivery takes place via the PostNL postman or parcel deliverer. In general, the delivery will take place the next working day between 08:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
We deliver from Tuesday to Saturday.
